Drawing on over 20 years experience in construction, Form Group NSW pride themselves on commitment to Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) in the workplace, not only for the client but place a strong onus on protecting our employees, subcontractors and the public.
By providing experienced and highly trained WHS site officers, we understand what is required in order to provide a perfectly run and well-kept development adhering to all WHS rules and regulations.
We have proven time and time again that our developments are well managed and maintained and this in turn ensures that our staff are working in environments which are safe.
We ensure that all staff undergo a safety induction process inline with the highest Industry Standards. Regular inductions and toolbox talks are carried out at the beginning and throughout a project ensuring that staff are regularly monitored.
The nature of our work means that we have to constantly meet the highest standards of quality and that’s why we ensure that the WHS, Training and Development requirements are met. It is imperative that each employee holds a valid bluecard and is inducted in company Site Safety Plan and WHS procedures. The site safety plan is different for each project as every project has different work zones and different rules. Foremans are responsible to train and educate staff in the particular site safety rules and Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS).
Form Group NSW believe nothing is more important than health and safety as our reputation depends upon it.
