Form Group NSW Pty Ltd is a commercial formwork company specialising in formwork, concreting and steel fixing.
Since its foundation in 1995 Form Group has quickly become known for its exceptional construction services and commitment to excellence, quality and safety.
At Form Group, we strive to meet and exceed the expectations of our clients. We have an exceptional team of qualified and experienced individuals who work collectively to make sure each project progresses on time and to our client’s satisfaction.
Our capabilities include, specialised formwork, concrete and steel fixing, High and Low rise residential and commercial concrete structures, basement, reinforcement.
Form Group has many years of experience in a wide range of commercial and residential projects.
Some of our most recent projects include developments for leading Australian contractors including Conquest Constructions, Icon Constructions, Gencorp Pty Ltd, Trinity Constructions, Arise Pty Ltd and BuildForm Pty Ltd.

Charbel Taouk
Managing Director
Charbel founded his own company at a young age, before combining both his and Naim’s expertise to establish Form Group NSW in 2011. With close to two decades of experience in the formwork and construction industry, Charbel’s comprehensive knowledge is a key component of the success of Form Group NSW. He takes responsibility for project planning, costing and time management. Charbel also strives to exceed client expectations and maintain the level of quality that Form Group NSW is renowned for.

Elly Taouk
Project Director
Elly Taouk has been in the construction industry for 14 years and is a qualified Construction Manager. Elly has graduated with a Diploma of Building Construction and has held various roles such as foremen and project manager.

Naim Rizkallah
Development Director
Naim’s wealth of knowledge on the long-established techniques of formwork has been developed over the course of two decades in the construction industry.
Naim is diligently onsite to ensure our clients’ projects are completed to the highest standards. Whilst focused on project supervision, he also liaises with clients on all matters relating to a project; from contractual requirements, to budgetary objectives, to health and safety. His experience, his drive and his strong interpersonal skills have taken Form Group NSW from one successful project to another.
